Dennis joined the Dalai Lama Center in 2011 as general manager, bringing a professional toolkit filled with a wide range of complementary skills and knowledge.
With a life-long commitment to learning he has studied engineering and naval science at the United States Naval Academy, earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Penn State University, an Associate of Culinary Arts Degree from the New England Culinary Institute, studied at Esalen Institute in Big Sur, California and pursued continuing education programs at the University of British Columbia.
With a passion for connecting people and ideas, and turning vision and strategy into operational excellence and bottom-line results, his management career has spanned multiple industry sectors – technology, hospitality, arts and culture, sport and leisure, and charitable non-profit organizations.
