In this ceremony to celebrate His Holiness the Dalai Lama's 75th birthday, held at the Main Tibetan Temple in Dharamsala, India, there are speeches by special guests and short remarks by His Holiness (in Tibetan language) as well as cultural performances by local Tibetan and Indian artists.
