We are so happy to announce two new upcoming workshops in August and September at the Dalai Lama Center in downtown Vancouver.
The first, aHeart-Mind Well-Being Parent and Caregiver Workshop, is a fun and practical workshop which allows participants to explore effective strategies to nurture their own Heart-Mind well-being while bringing attention to the ways adult well-being influences overall child well-being.
The second, a Secure and Calm Workshop, focuses on tools that can be used to help children develop skills and strategies for self-regulation.
There are great discounts available for families and groups for both workshops!
