Tracy is a community developer, process designer, facilitator and author and is providing support to the DLC Heart-Mind Index Project.
Her passion is learning and development, whether it is with individuals, groups, organizations or communities. She tends to push for “what could be” and seeks opportunities to maximize partnerships and champion innovation.
With twelve years leading local and provincial efforts in early years community development, Tracy blends academic research with community knowledge to leverage local strengths and build vibrant, caring communities. With a public health background, Tracy holds a Masters in Leadership from Royal Roads University with a focus on multi-agency collaboration.
