Tickets are selling fast

Tickets for the 2009 Vancouver Peace Summit are selling quickly as people are jumping at their chance to engage with His Holiness The Dalai Lama, Archbishop Desmond Tutu, countless other Nobel Laureates and luminaries from around the world. The tickets, which went on sale June 20, can still be purchased at Ticketmaster.

The Summit, which is a four-day event held September 26-29 in Vancouver, will be an opportunity for extrordinary thinkers to come together to consider ideas of compassion, education, and peace-building.

For those unable to make the trip, the Dalai Lama Center is providing live streaming access to the dialogues. And if streaming video isn't for you, live blogging will also be provided throughout the Summit, sharing the message these brilliant speakers, which also includes Eckhart Tolle, Maria Shriver, Ashley Judd and Kim Campbell, have brought to Vancouver.
