7 Books to Read on the Art and Science of Happiness

Maria Popova and the team from Brain Pickings have put together a list of 7 books that they feel best represent the art and science of happiness. As Popova says, these books are "rooted in solid science, contemporary philosophy and cross-disciplinary insight."

One of the books to make the list is the Dalai Lama's The Art of Happiness.
