In part two of The Province's five-part series on the state of British Columbia's education for young children, they speak with experts from UBC's Human Early Learning Partnership (HELP). Clyde Hertzman is the director of HELP and he joined other panelists at the 2009 Vancouver Peace Summit to discuss some current issues in early child development.
