About the Event

Do you ever wonder why you can’t stop behaving the way you do, no matter how hard you try? Do you find yourself in constant conflict with someone close to you? As a parent, do you want to avoid the mistakes your parents made?

Dr. Daniel Siegel shows how it is possible for nearly everyone to learn how to focus their attention on the internal world of the mind in a way that will literally change the wiring and architecture of their brain. Dr. Siegel draws on cutting-edge brain research and meditation practices to inspire people to rewire their thinking and change their behaviour. According to Dr. Siegel, you are never too old to use Mindsight to improve your life and relationships.
