This workshop helps participants engage in their own social and emotional learning and explores self-care strategies that include breathing exercises, mindfulness practice, and stress management techniques.
The Heart-Mind Challenge 2018 is on!
This week we have launched our Heart-Mind Challenge 2018, a 5-week exercise dedicated to each of the five positive human qualities that make up Heart-Mind well-being.
Week 1 focuses on the Secure and Calm quality: the ability to take part in daily activities and approach new situations without being overwhelmed with worries, sadness or anxiety.
