Check out our new Heart-Mind Well-Being Workshops
In April and May, we are offering two Heart-Mind Well-Being Workshops. Register and forward to your friends and colleagues.
Tuesday, April 24, 2018: Secure and Calm Workshop
This workshop focuses on tools that can be used to help children develop skills and strategies for self-regulation. 

Tuesday, May 29, 2018: Caring for You Workshop
This workshop helps participants engage in their own social and emotional learning and explores self-care strategies that include breathing exercises, mindfulness practice, and stress management techniques. 
The Heart-Mind Challenge 2018 is on! 
This week we have launched our Heart-Mind Challenge 2018, a 5-week exercise dedicated to each of the five positive human qualities that make up Heart-Mind well-being.

Week 1 focuses on the
Secure and Calm quality: the ability to take part in daily activities and approach new situations without being overwhelmed with worries, sadness or anxiety.

If you haven't yet signed up for the Challenge, it is not too late. Join nearly 1,000 people who are already part of the Challenge.
Hardwiring the brain for happiness: new Heart-Mind Online resource 
We are excited to introduce our brand new Heart-Mind Online resource: Hardwiring the brain for happiness. Based on Rick Hanson's book Hardwiring Happiness, this activity explores anxiety, confidence, self-regulation and stress. Visit our website to view more tips for getting in the habit of taking in the good.
