Dr. David Baum is described as a “conversation architect.” He designs meaningful dialogues to create big change, helping clients figure out where they want to go and how to get there faster.
He is the author of the best-selling books Lightning in a Bottle: Proven Lessons in Leading Change and The Randori Principles: The Path of Effortless Leadership.
His work has included conflict mediation in Belfast, Northern Ireland, facilitating President Clinton's ‘Summit for America's Future’, post-conflict entrepreneurship for women in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Rwanda and walking meetings between Christian, Muslim and Jewish leaders following the path of Abraham in the Middle East.
His clients have won the Nobel Peace Prize, The Conrad Hilton Humanitarian Prize, the World Children’s Prize, the Malcolm Baldrige Award and the Clinton Global Citizen Award.

He holds dual doctorates in psychology from Temple University and divinity from Naropa University.
