The Dalai Lama in Toronto this October

The Dalai Lama returns to Canada this fall. From October 22 to 25, His Holiness will be in Toronto for a series of public talks put on by the Tibetan Canadian Cultural Centre. It will be his first visit to Canada since his three-city tour last fall that included the 2009 Vancouver Peace Summit.

The Dalai Lama, who became an honorary Canadian citizen in 2006, is expected to have over 30,000 people fill the Rogers Centre for his October 22 talk "Human Approaches to World Peace". During his visit he will also attend the grand opening of the TCCC and take part in Lojong, or mind training, teaching.

You can find more information on the Dalai Lama's visit to Toronto on TCCC's official event page.
